Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Grit & Grace packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
