We offer a 30-day return window for most home accessories in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized furniture pieces are final sale.

Each order includes a specific care guide. Generally, we recommend using a soft, damp cloth for dusting and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners to preserve the natural wood grain.
